One company, 12 locations, over 2,000 employees – welcome to All4Labels Brazil. With almost 25 years of experience in the packaging industry, a shared passion for our business, and a sense of community, we are setting new standards in label and packaging printing in Latin America. Our locations
Blumenau
Blumenau has been home to our largest All4Labels Brazil site since 1881, with over 370 employees and technologies such as PSL and PSL 2.0, wrap around, flowpack, wet glue, in-mould, trays and laminates.
Marialva
Specialised in self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, aluminium printing, roll-labels and internal labels and founded in 1997, our site in Marialva with over 300 employees sets entrepreneurial standards within All4Labels Brazil.
Indaiatuba
Our location in Indaiatuba was founded in 2017 and has been part of All4labels Brazil ever since. Focusing on the personal care market, around 70 employees in a multicultural team develop packaging solutions for numerous customers in this segment.
Manaus
With over 25 years of experience, our facility in Manaus, specializes in self-adhesive labels, the manufacturing and application of protective films, manuals, leaflets, printed inserts, as well as converting ribbons into flexible sizes. Established in 1999, we currently employ over 170 employees.
São Paulo
Supplying and focussing on the aviation industry, our site in São Paulo is the leading manufacturer in this segment. Founded in 2000, today more than 70 employees develop customised solutions for numerous customers here.

What application documents do I need to submit with my application?
In general, you should enclose your CV, and relevant references like employer references or other useful certificates. To attach a cover letter is often not mandatory. If we do, it is explicitly mentioned in the job description.
How can I prepare for an interview in person?
First: you’ve passed the first hurdle. After reading your application documents, we think that you could be a good fit for the position, we want to fill. Now we would like to get to know you better. We’d like to understand more about your professional experience, but also you as a person. We want to learn more about your motivation: what drives you? How do you act in an international environment with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds, e.g. And we want to give you the chance to raise all your questions to us. Note: prepare and think about your most important milestones, inform intensively about the position, us as company and think about which additional information would be helpful and needed for you.
What is the application process and when can I expect feedback?
The application process at All4Labels consists of a mix of virtual meetings and face-to-face interviews. In order to get the best possible impression of you as an individual and also to give you the opportunity to gain a lot of insight into All4Labels and the tasks and opportunities, you will get to know both the respective department and HR during this process.
