Locations
Our locations in Italy
Bolzano
Using our state-of-the-art machinery at our site in Bolzano, we produce fine wine and spirits labels. With around 60 years of experience and 40 employees, we offer numerous printing techniques, including web offset and screen printing, inline finishing with hot foil, embossing, varnishing and embossed gilding, and are able to combine the various processes by carrying them out in a single operation.
Latina
Founded in 1970, today a well-coordinated team of 55 employees works at our site in Latina. Here we are specialists in aluminium printing and package inserts for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industries with over 400,000,000 package inserts and 500,000 kg of printed aluminium per year. Efficient processes and advanced control and safety systems are the key to the high quality of our products.
Nocera
Around 200 employees work at our site in Nocera. The plant in the province of Salerno has 21 production lines for the household & personal care, wine & spirits, food, beverage, pharmaceutical & oral care and industrial markets. PSL, Flexible, Folding Cartons, Security Labels, Shrink Sleeves, Roll-fed are the solutions we offer through our capabilities.
Pomezia
With more than 50 years of experience, our Pomezia site represents excellence in the production of pharmaceutical products. We offer a variety of solutions, including pressure-sensitive labels, hang labels, RFID labels, and booklets. Here in the metropolitan city of Rome, with our team of around 60 employees, we are specialists in offering tamper-proof solutions equipped with systems that guarantee their authenticity and traceability.
Settimo Milanese
Our Settimo Milanese plant, where 150 employees work, is located in the metropolitan city of Milan. The site has 10 production lines and is dedicated to the production of package inserts for the pharmaceutical market. The quality of our products is guaranteed by efficient processes and sophisticated control and safety systems.
Salerno
In the harbour city on the Gulf of Salerno, in the south of Italy, lies our Salerno site. With 20 production lines and 80 employees, numerous customers from the food, home care, personal care and healthcare markets are served here. Also at home here? The Centre of Excellence, our All4Labels Innovation Hub. Our product portfolio includes folding cartons, wet glue labels, cluster singles & multipacks.
San Giuliano Milanese
Located in the metropolitan city of Milan in the Lombardy region, our San Giuliano Milanese plant employs around 80 people. With 13 production lines, we serve the Wine & Spirits, Personal Care, Food and Health Care markets. Our printing machines combine traditional and digital printing technologies, including offset, flexo, roto and hybrid printing. We offer solutions for finishing labels with hot and cold foil stamping, micro embossing, double die-cutting and special finishing. Our constant pursuit of quality means that we maximize results from pre-press to final product production.
Schio
Welcome to the home of shrink sleeves and wrap-arounds. Or in other words: in Schio. Our plant in the Italian region of Veneto is our power house for shrink sleeves and wrap-arounds. We have 170 colleagues working here and 47 production lines serving numerous customers from a variety of markets such as food, beverage, home care and personal care.
Marcallo
We employ 46 people at our plant in Marcallo. With more than 50 years of experience in the fields of security printing solutions, holographic films and film production, we are the market leader in this sector. Located in the metropolitan city of Milan, Lombardy region, we specialise in the formulation, production and supply of base films for the holographic industry, security materials for brand protection, authenticity of ID and travel documents and data protection, official documents and currency cards.
Riccione
Founded in 1999, our plant in Riccione has established itself as a provider of labelling services for the beverage, food and personal care sectors. Located on the Italian Adriatic coast, 46 colleagues work here, printing self-adhesive labels and packaging materials using various technologies and in different designs. In doing so, they ensure that their customers comply with the applicable quality standards and relevant industry regulations.

What application documents do I need to submit with my application?
In general, you should enclose your CV, and relevant references like employer references or other useful certificates. To attach a cover letter is often not mandatory. If we do, it is explicitly mentioned in the job description.
How can I prepare for an interview in person?
First: you’ve passed the first hurdle. After reading your application documents, we think that you could be a good fit for the position, we want to fill. Now we would like to get to know you better. We’d like to understand more about your professional experience, but also you as a person. We want to learn more about your motivation: what drives you? How do you act in an international environment with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds, e.g. And we want to give you the chance to raise all your questions to us. Note: prepare and think about your most important milestones, inform intensively about the position, us as company and think about which additional information would be helpful and needed for you.
Can I send a speculative application to All4Labels?

What is the application process and when can I expect feedback?
The application process at All4Labels consists of a mix of virtual meetings and face-to-face interviews. In order to get the best possible impression of you as an individual and also to give you the opportunity to gain a lot of insight into All4Labels and the tasks and opportunities, you will get to know both the respective department and HR during this process.
