Today’s world is increasingly digitalized and we are right in the midst of it. With INTEGRITAG and INTEGRITAG DIGITAL, we develop secure and innovative labels, combined with software in the security and marketing sectors for the packaging industry.
Forward-thinking and pioneering for the industry, these two brands expand the solution offerings of the All4Labels Group. With a focus on sustainability and digitization, we work agilely at INTEGRITAG and INTEGRITAG DIGITAL in Germany and Italy to actively shape the future of packaging: Making it secure, intelligent, and dynamic. We do this for all companies within the All4Labels Global Packaging Group as well as for external customers from various industries – each with great enthusiasm and ambition.

The high-tech future of labeling is called INTERITAG. Since our founding in 2023, we have been managing all of the All4Labels Group’s security and intelligent label solutions at our two sites in Marcallo near Milan and Trittau near Hamburg. This includes RFID, holographic security and high-security labeling. With these technologies, our customers can meet today’s challenges in their industry segment and increase their success and competitiveness. Why they can rely on us? What application documents do I need to submit with my application?
In general, you should enclose your CV, and relevant references like employer references or other useful certificates. To attach a cover letter is often not mandatory. If we do, it is explicitly mentioned in the job description.
How can I prepare for an interview in person?
First: you’ve passed the first hurdle. After reading your application documents, we think that you could be a good fit for the position, we want to fill. Now we would like to get to know you better. We’d like to understand more about your professional experience, but also you as a person. We want to learn more about your motivation: what drives you? How do you act in an international environment with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds, e.g.
Can I send a speculative application to All4Labels?
Unfortunately, we do not accept speculative applications. The job advertisements on our homepage are always up to date.
Does All4Labels enable flexible working for the employees?
All4Labels is a multinational operating company with lots of sites and countries, in which we are located. In general, we offer several opportunities and various solutions for our employees to work with an appropriate level of flexibility according to local habits and standards. What is the application process and when can I expect feedback?
The application process at All4Labels consists of a mix of virtual meetings and face-to-face interviews. In order to get the best possible impression of you as an individual and also to give you the opportunity to gain a lot of insight into All4Labels and the tasks and opportunities, you will get to know both the respective department and HR during this process. We will do our best to give you feedback on the process and next steps as quickly as possible.
